Performance Week Information

Hello Everyone!

It’s a BIG week. There is a lot of information below so please read it carefully. Thank you in advance for all of your support and getting the kids where they need to be. 🙂

Schedule: 

Wednesday 12/13 – Dress rehearsal 5:30-6:30 PM

Wednesday 12/13 – Tech rehearsal with mics 6:30-8:00 PM – For all who have speaking lines

Saturday 12/16 – 8:30-9:30 AM – Tech rehearsal – For all who have speaking lines

Saturday 12/16 – 9:30 AM-12:30 PM – Full rehearsal (no costumes)

Sunday 12/17 – 8:00 AM  – Arrive at church for rehearsal

– 10:00 AM – Service start

Costumes: 

We will provide the costumes and we will make sure all costume pieces are collected by Sunday. For this Wednesday, please have your choir member or members wear something comfortable that can go underneath a costume. They will NOT be wearing costumes on Saturday, only on Wednesday and Sunday. Please stay on Wednesday and Sunday until your child(ren) have their costume on. That will really help us speed up that process.

Help!

We need help in a few ways this week. Please let me know if you are available to help our bring snacks

Snacks on Saturday – We need at least 50 servings of nut-free snacks for Saturday.

Bathrooms on Sunday  – We need 3-4 parents to help when we take a bathroom break before the service. We will need to manage the costumes and refresh them after the bathroom run. You must be approved to work with TMC Kids through the CPP.

I have uploaded a few of the choreography videos and the rest will be posted by tomorrow. You can access them on the parent page. If you need to enter a password it is sing.
