A little over a month ago, I had the joy of meeting Moses and Margaret after the service. They are from Cameroon and were visiting The Moody Church for the very first time. Moses is the older brother of Patience, whom many of you know and love. Moses told me that in 1957 he came to faith in Christ at the age of eleven when he read a Gospel tract. On the back of that little tract was an address for The Moody Church in Chicago. He wrote to us, and we sent him a correspondence Bible study and then connected him with some Christians in an adjacent region. All these years he’s been following Christ, and it was his lifelong dream to visit The Moody Church. We shared stories, prayed together, and praised God for His miraculous work in bringing our lives together as brothers and sisters in Christ.

Isn’t it so amazing to be a part of this Gospel movement in the city for the world?

Moments like these remind us that we are loved, more than we know!
