For the last couple weeks, my good friend Eric Arnell and I have been working on a little project. We thought it would be good to compile a set of Bible verses that correspond with each of the three deep soul needs around which we build our identities. How does the Bible remind us of the significance, security, and satisfaction we have as beloved children of our good Father? In other words, what are the Gospel resources that help us out of our orphan identity traps?

Hopefully, in this series, you’ve been able to discern which of the three deep identity needs—significance, security, or satisfaction— are primary for you. Once you know your identity trap, you can use the list of Bible verses to help remind your soul that you’re not an orphan fending for yourself in the universe, but a beloved child of a good Father.

Click here to download the verses. A limited number of hard copies are also available in the Connection Center after the Sunday service.

Eric and I pray these verses will help remind you who you are as a child of God!
