Hello!

We had a great rehearsal today. The choir members really worked hard to pull it all together and we are looking forward to our performance tomorrow. We will have one final run-through tomorrow morning beginning at 8:00am. It is so important that everyone is here and ready to go right at 8:00am tomorrow, so I recommend that you arrive at 7:45 so you have time to help your choir member go to the bathroom and get into their costume. Please also make sure they have had a good breakfast. 🙂 Food really does give us the energy we need for these big mornings.

We will have your choir members from 8:00am until after the service at 11:30am. The choir will take a long break from 9:10am until the service starts. During this time, they will be able to eat a snack and relax a bit.

Please pick your choir member up from Christiansen (small room where you drop off on Wednesdays) after the service. They will return their costume and be dismissed.

WE NEED HELP!

– We need at least two people to prepare the snacks to be ready by 9:00am in Kappeler. We will have all of the food, but it will need to be cut up and put onto platters.

– We need at least two people to help us get our costumes re-situated after our snack. This will be at 9:50 in Kappeler.

We have a few choir members who are helping us out by being animals. If the following students can wear black sweat pants or leggings with a white shirt, that would help us so much! We have some white shirts if you only have black on bottom.

Thank you again. This is no small task and we so appreciate the extra effort of getting your choir members to rehearsals and performances. If you run into any trouble or need to reach me for any reason, please call or text me at 847-858-3920.

Blessings to you,

Elsa Wiese
