Good Morning.
We have a big week ahead of us and I know that this is just one thing among the many that have on your plate this week, so thank you in advance for your time and effort!
Schedule:
- Wed 12/18 – Dress rehearsal from 5:30-8pm
- With costumes
- You’ll notice that I’ve extended the time to 8pm because AWANA is not meeting. This is different from the schedule I gave at the beginning of the year so if you’ve already made other plans for that time, I understand. Please do let us know if you need to pick your child up at 6:30, otherwise, we will plan to keep all the kids until 8pm.
- We will provide a light snack during rehearsal.
- Sat 12/21 – Rehearsal for the whole choir from 9:30am-12:30pm. Kids with large speaking roles will begin rehearsal at 8:30am and stay until 12:30.
- No costumes necessary, be comfortable.
- This is the MOST IMPORTANT REHEARSAL OF THE YEAR! I’m kind of exaggerating, but only a little. ? If your child will miss both Wednesday and Saturday, they will likely not be prepared to sing in the musical on Sunday. Please let us know if that is the case for you.
- We will provide a light snack during rehearsal.
- Sun 12/22 – Arrive at church at 8am in costume. We start rehearsal right at 8:15 in the Sanctuary.
- We will keep the kids all morning and you will check them out from Christiansen after the service.
- We will provide a snack between rehearsal and the service.

Here is the costume description again in case you need it. If you have a chance to send me a picture before Wednesday feel free. Also, I know that this can be a stressful process, so please ask me questions. We have some resources and want to help!
