Hello Chorus Parents!
The vocal track for “Yes, My Lord” is updated on the webpage.  It’s not the best thing I’ve ever made and its just the vocals without the piano, but it will still be a useful tool for jogging the memory. 😉 The kids should know which part they sing, high or low.
For Sunday:
  • Please let me know as soon as you can if your child will not be joining us this Sunday
  • The choir should arrive by 8:30am for rehearsal and will stay with us until after they sing on Sunday
  • When you see the choir leaving (during the song “This World is Not My Home”) please come downstairs to Kappeler to pick them up. They will be having a snack and then you can take them to their classes or to sit with you in the Sanctuary.
  • The choir should wear white on top and black on the bottom

Boys – White shirt (tucked in), black pants, black socks, and black shoes.
Girls – White shirt (tucked in), black pants or skirt (knee length or longer), black tights and black shoes.

We will need some help from two or three CPP approved parents to help us get to the restroom and back to the risers between rehearsal and the service. If you can help, please come meet us in the Sanctuary around 9:30 and we can give you instructions from there.

We also need a little help providing a snack for the choir. I need one or two people to pick up cheese sticks and fruit snacks for 60. The cheese sticks should be marked “Children’s Choir” and put in the basement refrigerator and the fruit snacks can be labeled and put on the counter in the basement kitchen. Go ahead and let me know if you are able to do this in case we have lots of willing people. 🙂

Thank you so much and we are especially looking forward to singing with you this Sunday!
