Dear Moody Church Family,

“I believe God made me for a purpose, but He also made me fast. And when I run, I feel His pleasure.” Eric Liddell in Chariots of Fire

Like Eric Liddell, who sensed God’s pleasure when he ran, we believe each follower of Jesus carries a unique reflection of God’s creativity. Your gifts—whether teaching, fixing things, encouraging, praying, organizing, or quietly showing compassion—are not accidents. They are invitations. When you offer them back to God, you step into the work He prepared in advance for you (Ephesians 2:10).

Our talents are not endpoints, they are doorways into mission. God equips us so we can join His work in the world, sometimes in ways we never expected. We are enabled to Change Our World Through Mission!

As we “Go and be the church,” may we be excited and hopeful, anticipating all that the Lord will do through those who are obedient to Him. What story might you become a part of? It will be bigger than you can imagine!

Thank you for your faithful service and financial support! Jesus is using your generosity to further His kingdom. May God continue to guide and empower us as we serve Him.

Together
