Bill joined the staff of the church in 1994. He received a B.A. from Biola University and a D.Min. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Bill’s primary responsibility as Executive Pastor is to oversee the ministries and the ministers of the church. Bill and his wife, Carmé, have been married since 1996 and have four adult children and three grandchildren.
