Opportunities to Serve in the Music Ministry
Rehearses Wednesdays 7:00-9:00pm and Sundays 9:15am
Open to adult volunteers of various skill levels and musical backgrounds, the Sanctuary Choir sings for most Sunday morning services and is the featured ensemble for our annual Christmas Concert, Easter morning service, and Independence Day Concert.
Spanning many age groups and cultural backgrounds, the Sanctuary Choir represents the rich diversity of our church body as we minister together, serve together, and support one another in prayer. Our goal is to represent Paul’s desire for the church to “teach and admonish one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in [our] hearts to God” (Colossians 3:16).
Rehearses 8:30am on scheduled Sundays
Composed of volunteer instrumentalists of all ages and skill levels, the Sanctuary Orchestra participates in the morning worship service approximately every two to three weeks from September to June. This is a wonderful opportunity to use your gift as an instrumentalist! We always have room for more.
