Support Groups & Classes
Our Support Groups utilize Mental Health Grace Alliance, a collection of resources providing simple, innovative and grace-filled mental health solutions and community support for those experiencing a personal journey with depression, anxiety, or bi-polar.
Participants begin by taking part in either Living Grace, a 16-week curriculum for adults of all ages, or Redefine Grace, a 10-week curriculum for youth and college-aged students. Once the curriculum has been completed participants are encouraged to join a peer-to-peer Thrive group. The Redefine Grace, Living Grace, and Thrive curriculum is available to purchase or download for free here: https://mentalhealthgracealliance.org/free-resources.
Please note: If you are specifically looking for family or child/teen support, please go directly to https://mentalhealthgracealliance.org/family-grace-group-locations for family resources or to find and join a family group. The Family Grace curriculum is available to purchase or download for free here https://mentalhealthgracealliance.org/free-resources.
