Many wonderful and exciting things happen at camps every summer that moves kids to marvel at God and His creation. The Moody Church offers a number of different types of camp experiences. Whether its singing, sports, or camping out under the stars, they all help kids learn more about themselves and Jesus.

Kids Jam Music Camp — June 4, 6, and 8
Designed for parents with children ages 0-5, this camp will be held at The Moody Church and led by Shannon Carter. It will help young children gain an appreciation of music in a structured learning environment. Camp runs from 9:30-10:30am with a time of snacks and socializing immediately following. Daily cost is $5 per family, registration is walk-in only, and free camp parking is available at the lot on the NW corner of North and LaSalle.
Soccer Camp — July 9 – 13, 9:00am – 12:00pm
Designed for 5 to 15 year olds. New this year: camp will be held in two locations, MBI’s Beckman Field and Luther North College Prep. We will be partnering with The Chicago Eagles during this week of camp. Click here to register.
Lake Ann Camp (grades 3-12) — July 15 – 21
Will be held at Lake Ann Camp in northern Michigan. Activities include: swimming, paintball, high adventure activities, and of course hanging out with friends. Because of size and transportation limitations, this camp is for Moody Church members and regular attenders only.
Basketball Camp — July 23 – 27
9:00am – noon for 9 – 13 year olds | 1:00 – 3:00pm for 6 – 8 year olds
Designed for 6-13 year olds and held at the Solheim Center (S.W. corner of Wells and Oak), in two age groups to offer more specific coaching and instruction. Camp is led by Nick Ploegstra, who played and coached collegiate basketball and has experience coaching young people in basketball settings throughout the US and internationally.
