    Youth Mission Trip 2026

    Youth Ensenada Mission Trip 2026

    A team of 16 high school students traveled to Ensenada, Mexico to minister to a local church with the help of Praying Pelicans Missions. They served through work projects, food distributions, and children’s ministry. It was a wonderful week!

    About TMC Youth

    We seek to partner with families to raise teenagers who know, love, and serve Jesus.

     

    Our passion is to cultivate students who find their truest identity in Jesus, confidently study the Bible, feel needed and supported by their church community, and who can critically engage the world through the lens of their faith.

     

    We gather as a community on Sundays and Wednesdays seeking spiritual maturity through God’s Word, prayer, worship, and small groups.

     

    We desire to equip and partner with parents as they seek to raise Godly teenagers who encounter Jesus in this space and are challenged by the Gospel.

     

    Our focus is on spiritual transformation and character development rather than behavior modification. We encourage teens to live out their faith through service in both their church and communities.

    Nate and his wife, Emily, have been at the Moody church since 2016 serving in children and youth ministry. They’re High School sweethearts from Ohio who love opening their home to others. Nate also teaches freshman Bible part-time at Chicago Hope Academy, a Christian High School. Nate has a M.A. in pastoral ministry from Moody Theological seminary.

    As if being blessed with His wife Carolina wasn’t enough, the Lord has given Jon four boys who ensure he never falls victim to boredom or a good night’s sleep. He teaches the high school on Wednesday nights.
