“Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19-20).

What Is Our Missions Strategy?
Missions Programs
Many of our missionaries send out newsletters with ministry updates and specific prayer requests. Want to get to know them, join their support team, or help them when they’re visiting? This is a great way to start getting connected.
To join the email list, please email kaitlyn.wisniewski@moodychurch.org.
Join us in praying for our missionaries and partners around the world! Missionary Prayer Fellowship meets on the third Thursday of each month in Room 107, 12pm – 2pm (please check the calendar or call the church office for the most up-to-date information).
Prayer guides and prompts are provided, and visiting missionaries often attend to share updates. This is a great way to intercede for our workers around the world and take part in what the Lord is doing!
The Moody Church highly values our 40+ missionary families! One of the key ways to support our workers on the field is to intercede for them through prayer. To help with this, we created a special Missionary Prayer Guide containing a brief overview of each missionary and prayer requests for their ministries.
Due to sensitive info in the prayer guide that prohibits us from posting it here, please call the church office or email bill.vantuinen@moodychurch.org to receive your copy of the guide directly.
STAMP was designed for the purpose of fostering greater awareness and understanding of foreign and domestic missions within the congregation of The Moody Church. This is accomplished by providing the opportunity to participate in short-term, cross-cultural ministry.
Why do we do this? We believe that those who participate in a cross-cultural experience develop a greater Christian maturity and become not only more committed to global missions, but also become more effective church members.
STAMP trips typically originate within our various TMC communities, with several trips heading out each year. From Egypt to Baja Mexico, from serving in orphanages to partnering with our Moody Church missionaries on the field, STAMP teams go all over the world and serve in many ways.
Through STAMP, our goal is that our church family will:
- Become more informed and motivated to be global Christians
- Gain an on-hand understanding of what missionaries actually do
- Become more actively involved in missions
- Perform useful missions work on the field
- Encourage Moody Church missionaries and foster closer relationships between the members and missionaries of The Moody Church
Leaders: If you are thinking about forming a STAMP team, download the STAMP Policy to get started, which will guide you in the process. The other necessary documents for each team member are available below.

In conjunction with Chosen People Ministries, Moody Church missionary Roy Schwarcz leads a monthly virtual Bible study. You’ll learn the unity of the old and new covenants from a Jewish perspective, helping you better understand the Jewish roots of our faith in Jesus.
In addition, The Moody Church hosts a Shabbat Service every first Friday of the month. All are invited to pray, worship, and learn in a beginner-friendly Sabbath service that incorporates Jewish and Christian elements.
