Basketball
The Moody Church hosts a 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament every January held at the Solheim Center.
You can register as an individual or with a team of up to 5 players. Must be 16 or older to play. Look for more info in the fall.
Football
The 4-on4 Flag Football Tournament takes place every fall. At just $15 dollars, teams participate in two weekends of competition. Regsitration will open in the fall.
Soccer
Moody Soccer is a co-ed 6-on-6 (no goalies!) half-field league that plays games Saturday mornings from September through October, with playoff games in the first weeks of November. The leage is primarily social and secondarily competitive. Regular season games are played at Montrose Park.

Softball
Batter up! The Moody Church Softball League is the only organized church softball league in the Chicagoland area and is now accepting late registrations for the 2011 season. Registration will be open until Sunday, Mar 20, 2011.
Moody Softball is a co-ed 12” softball league that plays games from June through August, with playoff games in the last two weekends of August. Games, which are played Saturday mornings, are primarily social and secondarily competitive. Games are played at Clarendon Park on the northeast side of Chicago.
As a player, you are entitled to:
- fellowship with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ
- minimum 10 regular season games
- minimum 1 playoff game
- team t-shirt with custom uniform number
- pre-season party
- post-season party
- stats tracked on this web site
The fee is only $45, at least half what you would pay in a secular social softball league…and about the same as two movie tickets, a bucket of popcorn and pop (all of which only lasts two hours). Scholarships are available upon request for those in financial need.
After April 3, 2011, your registration will place you on a waiting list and the fee will increase to $50.
Players will be assigned to teams. Special requests to play with certain players are welcome but not guaranteed. The only guaranteed requests are spouses and engaged couples.
Volleyball
The Moody Church Volleyball league runs from June through August. Games will be played on Mondays between 7-9 PM at Montrose Beach.
