Sundays 10:00am in the Sanctuary

The Moody Church has the privilege of connecting people to Jesus and to one another. We’re a culturally diverse, non-denominational Christian community that strives to bring God glory.

Our principal purpose on Sunday mornings is worship. We believe that focusing on God and His Word not only brings honor to His name, but also strengthens us as believers. As we sing together, pray together, and listen to God’s Word together, His presence is with us in a special way (1 Corinthians 14:24–25).

The service is translated both into Spanish and into ASL:

  • Spanish translation receivers are available in the Media Center starting at 9:45am.

  • An ASL Interpreter is stationed at the front left side of the platform in the Sanctuary. (Seating is reserved for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.)

We invite you to come and join us in worshipping our Savior, Jesus Christ. We look forward to meeting you!

Common Questions

What should I expect at the morning service?
Every Sunday, approximately 2,000 people gather for music, Scripture, and a message from the Bible intended to bring about transformation in our lives. We are, in effect, preparing ourselves to be ambassadors for Christ in the world.

Informational packets are available to visitors to enable them to learn more about The Moody Church. Guests are also invited to attend a Visitors Reception after the morning service to find out more.

Where can I park?
We offer complimentary parking to those who attend our services.  When you pull up to either of our main entrances, a member of our parking team will be happy to help you locate a parking space.

What should I wear?
We come to church to worship God, so modest dress is appropriate. However, all styles are welcome, and you’ll see people wearing anything from jeans to suits.

When do you celebrate Communion?
Our normal practice is to serve communion on the first Sunday of each month. We welcome all who profess the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior to receive communion—you do not need to be a member of The Moody Church to participate.

Gluten-free and certified allergen-free options are available. Detailed information about the elements can be downloaded here.

What if I need prayer?
Every Sunday morning, Prayer Partners are available at the front of the sanctuary after the service to assist you with spiritual needs or to help you get connected with church groups and ministries. Prayer partners are also available after our Sunday Evening Gathering, and of course during our Wednesday Prayer Gathering.

How do I get connected with other members of the church?
We at The Moody Church recognize that our spiritual journey is done as a community and involves every stage of life. We strive to create a culture of connectivity and spiritual growth through our various classes and small groups. Our hope is that all who attend will feel like they belong, that they are valued and appreciated, and will form genuine friendships through the opportunities for fellowship, worship, prayer, encouragement, and support. Stop by the Connection Corner in the main lobby for more information, or check out the ministries and communities of the church by clicking on the Connecting tab in the navigation bar.
