Member Access - News
The purpose of this post is to provide step-by-step instructions to sign up for myTMC Member Access. To participate, you need to be an active participant or member of The Moody Church. We need to already have your name and e-mail address on file. If you need assistance, please use the Contact Us option on this website.
Step 1: Sign up or log in
If you are a first-time user, click the link “Click here” below the Sign In button. If you’ve already completed the registration process, enter your E-mail address or User Name and your Password.
Step 2: Account sign up
To create an account, enter an e-mail address and your first and last name. You must be a registered member or active in The Moody Church to create an account. If you want us to add an e-mail address to your church record or are unsure of your status, please use the Contact Us form.
Step 3a: Confirmation and completion
If your e-mail address and name match a record we have on file, you’ll see this pop-up window confirming success. The next step is to check your e-mail for a message “New Account Verification for The Moody Church” that provides a link to complete your account sign up. Please note, it may take several minutes for the message to be sent. Continue to Step 4.
Step 3b: Unable to locate record
If we are unable to match the e-mail address and name you entered to a record we have on file, you’ll receive a pop-up window with a message to that effect. Double check your entries and try again if anything was misspelled. If you are unable to register, use the Contact Us form to request assistance.
Step 3c: Already registered
If an account login is found that has the same e-mail address as the one you entered, you’ll receive a pop-up window indicating a record already exists. You’ll also receive an e-mail with account details.
If you’ve forgotten your password or user name, click the links at the bottom of the Sign In window.
Step 4: Complete registration
After you successfully enter details for Account Sign Up and receive the Congratulations! message, look for an e-mail with the subject “New Account Verification for The Moody Church”. This message includes your user name and a unique link to verify your account and set your password.
Complete the setup process by creating and confirming your initial password. Follow the tips listed to create a strong password. For security, you will be required to periodically change your password.
Step 5: Sign in
Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be able to review (and submit changes to) your profile, view your giving history and make a one-time or recurring gift.
Note that notices from ACS Technologies, our service provider for myTMC Member Access, may appear on the welcome page. These apply to just the service they provide and not to the rest of the church’s web site.
