MOPS is about….

     Celebrating motherhood

• Experiencing God’s love….through relationships and resources.

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, a program designed to nurture mothers with children from infancy through kindergarten.  MOPS groups meet in churches throughout the United States, Canada, and 19 other countries.  The women are of many ages and backgrounds, but share the same desire - to be the best mothers they can be.

MOPS helps moms through relationships established in the context of local groups that provide a caring atmosphere for today’s mother of young children.  MOPS also encourages and supports moms through resources such as books, the MOMSense radio program and the MOPS International website www.MOPS.org.

Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is a smart, relevant, and caring network, helping moms to be better moms through trusted resources and supportive relationships.

Please join us this year as we look to help meet the needs of mothers of young children by providing a friendly environment where a mom can have a cup of coffee, listen to a lively speaker without interruptions, and get to know other women of all ages in the same season of life.

Spot the Speaker is here! As you arrive you will be asked to write your name on a piece of paper then try to spot the speaker! Some will be more obvious than others. You will then give our guest speaker your name which will be entered into our morning drawing for a chance to win a mystery prize! But hurry, the drawing begins promptly at 9:30am!

Parking:
We provide FREE parking located on the corner of North and LaSalle St. in The Moody Church lot (Lot 1 on the map below).

Time:  
Our meetings promptly begin at 9:30am – 11:15am.
Please allow yourself at least 15 min. prior for drop off of children and a cup of coffee. Doors open at 9am.

Cost:
Per meeting Fee:
$5 (if not paying in advance for full year of 14 meetings x $5= $70)

MOPS International requires a one time fee of $20 for regular attendees (if you plan to attend 2+ meetings)

Prepay discount:
$70 meeting fees + $20 MOPS Int’l = $90 less $10 courtesy = $80 total

Above fees include light refreshments, childcare in our MOPPETS program, awesome speakers to nurture a woman in her many hats, always a reminder of God’s love for us and great fellowship as you meet other mothers with the same needs.
