Membership Candidate Information
Some details regarding the process of becoming
a member of The Moody Church.
I. You will:
- Attend the four required seminars;
- Read The Moody Church Constitution and Bylaws, noting
your questions;
- Complete and sign the membership application; and
- Interview with a representative from the Executive
Committee
- Name in bulletin for two consecutive Sundays
- Executive Committee vote
and received into membership
II. Your final approval of membership will be decided upon by the Executive
Committee. Your acceptance will be announced to you by letter following
that date.
III. On rare occasions it may be recommended that the candidate delay
membership until he/she can meet with one of the Pastors to discuss the
issue(s) of concern. In such instances, the candidate will be notified
promptly.
IV. Candidates will be welcomed into membership on a Sunday morning.

June 2009 Sessions
Session One: June 7
Session Two: June 14
Session Three: June 21
Session Four: June 28
Sessions will be held in Room 307 from 1:00-2:30pm
September 2009 Sessions
Session One: Sept 9
Session Two: Sept 16
Session Three: Sept 23
Session Four: Sept 30
Sessions will be held in Room 307 from 6:30-8:00pm
November 2009 Sessions
Session One: Nov 1
Session Two: Nov 8
Session Three: Nov 15
Session Four: Nov 22
Sessions will be held in Room 307 from 2:30-4:00pm
