What we love about Crossroads is that we are student-led. Pastor Eric and his wife, Rebecca, lean heavily on the student leadership team to cast vision and set the course for the College Ministry.
In this season of life having people who have been where you are and are in the next season of life to mentor you can be vital. Crossroads is supported by a strong team of mentors who seek to make themselves available to invest in the lives of students to help them grow in their understanding of God’s purpose for their lives.

The Crossroads Mentors
Mentors are in the next phases of life and come alongside students to provide wisdom, counsel, and mentorship. They are in our group each Sunday and Thursday and regularly invite students into their homes and life activities. Each of our mentors strives to be someone like who the apostle Paul describes when he says, “keep your eyes on those who walk according to the example you have in us” (Philippians 3:17).
